The In the Sector Throws Camp provides activities designed to help develop skills for those athletes wanting to improve throwing mechanics and develop a more efficient technique. The camp places special emphasis on teaching and refining fundamentals. The environment will be fun, yet throws intensive, with comprehensive coverage of both shot put and discus for beginners as well as advanced athletes. The daily schedule includes event-specific skills sessions, teaching proper nutrition for the athlete, speed dynamics, strength and conditioning workouts, evaluations and personal coaching tips. This camp will provide you with a strong building block for which to build upon in the off season.
